"Audrey" for Jo
Toddler Sized Wrap Tai made from Didymos Anthracite Hemp Indio.
This Wrap Tai has an adjustable pixie sleep hood, and knife pleated wrap straps.
The wrap was sent to me with a name (Audrey), and a request to treat her gently as she was already very much loved. I hope I achieved that - I adored working on her!

For Sharon
Full Buckle made from red Didymos Nino (low contrast) with petite straps, wrap-style chest belt, leg padding, headrest, and neat webbing on the ends of the straps to keep the extra webbing tidy. This used to be my wrap, and I adore Nino's, so felt a twinge when cutting it up, but I think it works really well!
For Ash
This Standard sized Mei Tai is made from heavenly soft brushed twill and amazing Michael Miller Dino Dudes fabric. It has standard length straps and a padded headrest. It is fully reversible.
For Rob and Sarah
Pre-school sized Half Buckle Wrap Tai
Made from Vatanai Ningaloo (Orkney Whales), with pixie hood (lined with blue woolly fabric, XL straps and is completely reversible, the other side being the 'wrong' side of the wrap.
This was my first experience of a Vatanai, and I have to say I fell totally in love!

For Emma
Standard sized Reversible Wrap Tai made from Girasol Earthy Rainbow.
This Mama is super small, which meant that I was able to make this sling from a small sized 5 wrap.
The sling has a sleephood, and slanted straps, in change to my normal squared straps, and I think I really like them!

Stripey Stephanie
For Charlotte
When I sent my very first tester out travelling, the Mama gave it a brilliant review, and then refused to send it back until I promised to make her one of her own, so here we have a Standard sized Wrap Tai made from Hoppediz Stephanie (so soft and gorgeous, but made me a little dizzy sewing it!), lined with pink retro fabric (which was a sheet from Charlotte's childhood). It has a pixie hood, and tassels made from wool. I love this sling, and my husband and daughter kindly modelled it for me!

Flower Power Pre-school size MT
My testers with bigger children wanted a sling that would support their bigger children
So I made this Mei Tai with Robert Kaufman Flower Power fabric, strong canvas straps, and extra legs and waist padding. It also has seat darts, which aim to make the carrier itself smaller, but give the child a good 'seat' to sit in. The fabric of this sling is so phenomenal - it was easy to make it look good. I love retro kitsch! (Thanks to my beautiful 'tester models' S and L).

Hoppediz Antigua for summer snuggles
This is the last of the testers made (Hurrah!). It is small sized (16" square), made with super dooper soft Hoppediz Antigua, which was a dream to work with. It has a trial idea, where you have the option of folding down the headrest inside the sling and fastening it with velcro, offering more head support, or arms out padding. Waiting to hear what the testers think about this idea. Velcro isn't a huge love of mine, but it seemed the best tool for the job.
Updated with my first beautiful tester shot!
Purple Ulli for Susana.
This Storchenwiege Ulli dyed purple was a big project for Susana, who has been looking for the perfect purple for a number of years, and so it was wonderful of her to trust me with it!
This Mama knows a lot about babywearing, and what she wants, and I hope we have achieved it together,
This Wrap Tai is custom sized - bigger than Pre-school size, measuring a whopping 23" high and 26" wide. It also has 'Seat Extenders' to ensure that Susana's daughter has that vital knee-to-knee support (for more info, see this Pdf from www.babywearingschool.com). I has lots of waist and legs padding, and custom extra long straps.
This photo is my daughter and I trying it out, and its a little big for her, so I will ask Susana to send me some of her photos when it arrives.
I truly love working with Storch's!
